It is designed for fan games that want to work smarter, with making fan games that focus on the sandbox competitive appeal of Pokémon. It condenses from A-Z, the entire Learn Set history of every Pokémon Family Line, into Egg Moves.

The Main Download and Mirrors have been updated with the corrections to spelling mistakes,
documented in the Spelling Mistakes Corrections Thread.

Happened as a result of last minute updates before release, when I was removing a leftover from Pokemon Decades (God Mods learning every move in the game, for the final boss's fight)

I was checking the PBS files and it seems like a lot haan't been updated or has been jumbled up. Bulbasaur is supposed to learn Power Whip and not Double-Edge in Gen 9 for example.

There are a lot of cases where tutor moves are put with Egg moves or level up which is strange to me. They should belong in their own sections. I'd love to use this in my game so players can have as much variety as possible.

And can then be paired with Ultimate Move Tutor's Game Variable set to 2, to make the workload of fan games focusing on the competitive appeal of Pokemon be reduced to managing 500+ Pokemon Family Line Learn Sets with just EggMoves, rather than 1000+ Pokemon Family Lines, scattered across Moves, TutorMoves and EggMoves.

While pre-configured PBSs are included, they only exist for people not using tools such as Wincompare, or Notepad++’s Compare Plus. The nature of how stock Essentials works, and how you have to assemble the Gen 9 pack and the DBK plugins manually, means it’s not certain that the auto update folders of the Gen 9 pack and DBK will do their job. Either from user error installing the Gen 9 Pack or overlooking using the Shift key to make sure the auto update folders to their job.

I will investigate the step-by-step process of installing the Gen 9 Pack and DBK, and make sure this time, the auto update folders do their job. And update this resources PBS’s, so what got jumbled up is corrected. I’ve always found the auto update folders in the Gen 9 Pack and the DBK Add-ons to be unreliable with taking take of solving minor details in the stock PBS’s, such as Bulbasaur in pokemon.txt learning Power Whip and not Double Edge in Gen 9. But that's more likely user error on my end, because I prefer installing the Gen 9 Pack and the DBK-Addons all in one go. Because doing them one at a time, and making sure the auto update folders do their job is extremely tedious.

Otherwise, I will proceed to install the rest of the DBK Add-on PBS elements step by step. And correct the pre-configured PBS of the Learn Set Fusion Compendium.

I was looking at the files all wrong. You gave Pokémon moves that its later evolutions get right? Either way I'm still wondering some things, like why Farfetch'd gets First Impression by level up. Any reason why some TM moves are learned by level up too?

With the previous version, the old Stock PBS folder only changes EggMoves, and fuses every Pokemon Evolution Family Line's Learn Sets into EggMoves. Moves and TutorMoves are left unchanged. It's the Tweaked Vanilla Gen 9 PBS folder that optimizes itself for the Ultimate Move Tutor plugin. But that's the past version of the pre-configured PBS's. This is what the stock Essentials Gen 9 PBS properly configured is looking like for Farfetch'd and Sirfetch'd:

Bulbasaur and everything else has now been corrected for the Stock Gen 9 PBS. I will now proceed to the next step, of adding the DBK Addons, that add the Battle Gimmicks.
