TRAILER

The Trailer for the game. Here you can see it in motion!

FEATURES
112 Fakemon are introduced within this region, including new Legendaries. They are fully realized, with egg groups and egg moves, new dex entries, cries, shiny forms, etc.

Existing Pokémon are supported up to Sword and Shield. The complete Pokédex numbers 441 Pokémon in the Fabio Region.

The Fabio Region is a fully realized region with plenty to explore, both before and after the credits roll.

This game has a custom-made soundtrack, and every song that isn’t a remix from the official series was made especially for the Fabio region.

While it uses a generation 3 art style, the graphics have been tweaked to give Fabio its own visual identity. All of the overworld NPCs and trainers have new looks as well.

The Type Effectiveness chart has been tweaked.
Nothing major has been changed, but certain types that are known for being particularly strong or weak have been nerfed or buffed accordingly. Don’t worry, there’s virtually no learning curve, as most changes are fairly inconsequential! The most major ones are Bug beats Fairy, Grass beats Electric, Electric beats Steel, and Poison beats Water.

Choose between getting the EXP. ALL immediately (EASY), the EXP. SHARE later (MEDIUM), or no EXP. item at all (HARD). This is the difficulty selection of the game. The game was balanced around Medium difficulty, and care was taken to make it so that grinding is virtually never necessary in this game.

Universal PC access
is unlocked within the Pokégear just after the second Gym. The Pokégear also includes a Type Matchup quiz (also accessible in the Trainers’ School), an option to call up certain characters who will tell you new information about the world based on your story progression, and a story progression guide that tells you what to do next.

Plenty of documentation is provided in the game folder.
Included with the game are

-New Evolution methods (As well as updated Trade evolution methods for existing Pokémon)
-Encounter rates for every map with encounters, listed between Common, Uncommon, and Rare
-A Fabinian Pokémon Guide, which lists all stats, abilities, and evolution levels
-A complete, numbered Pokédex file
-A guide on where to get Key items, Evolution items, and HMs
-A list of known bugs in the version
-Additional credits for things like sound effects
-Nuzlocke information, featuring things like level caps for the Gym Leaders and Elite Four/Champion
-A postgame content guide which lists every event there is to do after the credits
-A TM/HM list, which can be searched with CTRL-F to find out which Pokémon is compatible with which TM/HM
-The main story of the game seems to take about 10 to 15 hours to complete on average. There is still plenty to do after the credits. Catch legendaries, find sidequests, explore new areas, and rematch important trainers!

I'm in second town, the map is beautiful maybe for me the weakness is the Pokémon design, i just feeling it still really rough. Stay healthy

Is there a speed up key just curious so can play bit faster im liking game so far just wanna know if speed up

It was a pleasure to playtest this game! You guys will enjoy the game I promise! I love how they all get their own custom cries as well!

We've been getting some feedback that some don't think our Fakemon look very good. I don't know if it means the majority, or certain examples. To the players, if you think particular Fakemon don't look good, can you tell me which ones? We're not sprite artists, but we'll do our best to fix them.

Whattt?! People are saying that? I think the Fakemon are awesome when I playtested! They look good! But that is just me.

I've been having fun playing so far! I'm four badges in and making my way to Trigate. However, I've noticed the documentation is incomplete or otherwise for an older verison; some Pokemon and locations simply are not listed in the encounter rates document, and some day/night Pokemon are also not listed.

A few examples I've noticed so far is that Kerribar Grove isn't in the document at all, and neither is Absol - but Absol can be encountered in Apachi, but only at night. However, Apachi has no listed day/night exclusive encounters, and does not list Spectring as existing in its grass. But Spectring is also encounterable there at night.

As one who always aims to complete the Pokedex, without the implementation of a DexNav, there is no way to know what Pokemon are available where or at what times without documentation, and the fact Absol wasn't listed in the doc at all is troubling. If I hadn't been lucky enough to bump into it, I may have had an empty gap in my dex with no means of filling it, since it seems to be an uncommon spawn.

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention, we're addressing this right now. The documentation files can be updated independently of the actual game file (which is in a compressed zip), so we'll fix it and add it to the Drive folder as soon as we can.

whats the hms like? i don't like games that you have to teach your pokemon hms in order to progress.
HM moves are in the game, but they've been changed to be more desirable moves.

Almost none of them are necessary to complete the main story, except for only three areas, and those areas are full of wild Pokemon that can learn them.

Universal PC access is also unlocked before any HMs become needed (it's built into the Helpful Harinko in the Pokegear, which you get just after Gym 2), meaning it's a simple matter to catch mon that can use certain HMs during the three instances ingame where they are necessary, then box them immediately without need of a Pokemon Center once that's done.

Strength: Never needed
Waterfall: Never needed
Dive: Never needed
Flash: Never needed (as the only dark cave in the main story, which is on Route 4, can be skipped by not going south down the ledge)
Cut: Needed only once in the main story, just after Gym 4, to cut down one tree in order to leave a location the player never has to return to.
Surf: Needed for one map soon after Gym 6, which the player never has to return to. After that, its only needed throughout Victory Road
Rock Smash: Only needed throughout Victory Road

The changed moves are as follows.
Cut: Is a Bug move, with 70 power and 95 accuracy
Strength: Is a Rock move, with 80 power and 100 accuracy
Rock Smash: Is a Rock move, with 75 power and 100 accuracy (Defense lowering secondary effect remains)
The rest are unchanged.

For the most part, HM moves just allow access to optional or postgame areas.

The listing for Apachi Town has been updated. If you find any other mismatching encounter rates that aren't documented properly, please don't hesitate to let us know!

Yep, found another in Route 5's Surf - Yanma is there, but isn't listed on the doc. There's another encounter not listed as well with Polypulse.

Flooded Cave in Route 3 is also nowhere to be found in the doc, but has at least one encounter with Tympole. Also, you can get softlocked there. You can go down the waterfall without having the HM and have no means of getting up or escaping if you have no escape rope or Dig Pokemon.

I'm continuing to find more and more examples of the documentation missing encounters via Surf, time of day, or even entire missing areas. Pretty much every area has at least one Pokemon not listed in the encounter table. I think a more thorough examination/cross-reference between what's written down and what's in the game's code may be in order, because there's genuinely too much to list as I come across it - it'd be a post or two all their own of nothing but missing or incorrect entries.

Aside from the documentation error, one personal gripe I have with the gameplay itself is with the Odensok you can order via the Pokegear to farm EXP and level weaker Pokemon - the fact that it learns both Recover and a decently powerful attacking move in Karate Chop means it's actually not good at all for leveling weaker Pokemon without switch training, which to me somewhat defeats the point.

While I think the attack can be worked around, Recover being a constant in its moveset is the cause of more than a few headaches if I'm trying to power level a newly hatched Pokemon or a Pokemon that starts off weak and takes a while to evolve. You just cannot do enough damage to it, and it's tanky enough that unless you have a super effective move from a Pokemon 5+ levels ahead of it, it'll heal off whatever you throw its way at random, since it picks its moves at random.
