Rock Smash Items - HGGS like system where possibilities player to find an item when it causes a rock smash.

Overview
In HGSS, using Rock Smash allows players to not only encounter a Wild Pokémon, but also find an item from a pool with varying odds.
This plugin replicates this system, allowing you to define a different item pool for each map. When using Rock Smash, players have a chance to find one of the items in addition to the standard Random Encounter.
