Pokémon: Project Revival is being remade by me, bringing much-needed bugfixes and story improvements.
Made using Pokémon Essentials v21.1
Looking For:
I'm looking for spriters who can create sprites for all major characters, including the player. I'd like a few spriters so we can get them done in relatively quick time. I'm available to message all day, so feel free to ask me here on Eevee Expo.
Plot:
(The plot is the same as the original Project Revival.)
Twenty years before the events of Blossom of the Soul, which shook the entire Caracara region, a mysterious Pokémon has foreseen a dark future. To prevent this, it sends a person to try to correct the future. Nature is dying, and its effects will have disastrous, long-lasting effects on Caracara. In this story, you will see a clash of modern ideals entwined with the old ideas of the past. Will people have the heart to change the course of history for good? Or are they just so focused on development and their selfish desires?
Features:
Craftable TMs - Due to the number of TMs in the game, carried over from Scarlet and Violet, TMs are now single-use. However, they can be crafted once you obtain the Crafting Kit using items dropped by wild Pokémon after defeating them in battle. The script being used is Item Crafting UI Plus by ThatWelshOne_ and Vendily.
Different Game Modes - Single Pokémon Mode and Radical Mode are still game modes. Single Pokémon Mode locks the player into only using one Pokémon of their choice throughout the game, while Radical Mode increases the difficulty of Gyms and Pokémon League by locking the player into using Set style and disabling items from the Bag.
Generation 9 Pokémon and Mechanics - The original game went up to Gen. 8, but the remake will use Gen. 9 mechanics as with the other remakes of mine as well.
Multiple Save Files - Of course, there will be multiple save files just as in the original game.
Chapters and Sidequests - There are 49 Chapters and Sidequests in the game. Originally there were 50 but I believe one was unused, which brings it down to 49.
All Starter Pokémon - The player can choose whichever starter (first partner) from Gen. 1 to Gen. 9!
Exp. All - Everybody loves the Exp. All, and it is still here. It can be turned off or turned on at any time.
HM Items - No HMs. The HMs are still Key Items in this game as before.
Lures - I'm bringing back Lures. If you use them in the field, wild Pokémon will appear in the overworld as opposed to being random encounters. It helps when you're looking for a specific Pokémon!
Battle Beach - From the original game, the Battle Beach returns! If you want a battle facility that is super "rad", as they say, then the Battle Beach is for you!
