Pokemon Lonestar* is a non-profit Pokemon Fan-game, set in the Tropical Region of Austoria, based on Texas, the U.S. South, with inspiration from Mexico as well, during a time of great change.

You play as the Son of the Region’s Pokemon Professor, who in recent times, has gone Mysteriously missing. You, alongside your two childhood friends, Annie and Travis, set out on a journey across the region of Austoria to, among other things, unravel the rabbit hole of mystery and intrigue that encaptures Austoria today.

Along your travels, you will come into contact with the villainous Team Corrosion, a group of Bioterrorists who obstruct historic and steal Austoria’s precious resources. With the help of the Pokemon Rangers, and the International Police Chief, Looker, you and your rivals do whatever it takes to quell the terror of Team Corrosion.

You’ll also come to learn the Legend of Ayinyagael, a Legendary Pokemon who bestows life and good fortune to the people of Austoria. Its said that a feather from Ayinyagael’s wing can revive a dead plant, and heal the deepest wound. It seems that someone out there is seeking out Ayinyagael’s mighty power, for reasons unknown.

Strange, Beast-like Pokemon, dubbed “Berserk Pokemon” by locals, have been making appearances around Austoria, creating havoc wherever they go. Officials have made a direct link between Team Corrosion and these “Berserk Pokemon”, leading to the believe that team corrosion have tried, but failed to create “Synthetic” Mega Evolved Pokemon.

Alongside that, you will encounter the native austorian people, quiet, reserved folks who carry out their history traditions on land left untouched by modern technological innovation. The native folk carry down the stories of Ayinyagael, and the Beasts of the Frontier* that roam the land. Subject to a heinous slander compaign, the native people seek help in protecting their culture.
