What are some reasons why I can't find any Wild Pokemon?

I've done quite a bit of running around in the grass on my game's Route 2 and Viridian Forest, and I can't find a single one of the land encounters. Everywhere else is fine so far except those two places. Does anyone have any ideas why? I've checked the events and map metadata, but I couldn't find anything. I know I'm not holding crtl or using a repel, and I've already tried removing the addon I thought might be causing it, so I'm stumped.

Edit: I got my encounters working again. I had to change LandDay to being just Land. It's weird because it was working before, so I'm wondering if it's an Plug-in
