did you installed the Gen 9 AFTER the Animated sprites? because if so, they did replaced the animated spritesheets. you should have installed it before. these other Plugins have nothind to do with the animated sprites.
also delete the PluginScripts.rxdata from Data folder and recompile.

Deleting the PluginScripts.rxdata did the trick, thank you so much!
