Graphic Rotom Tower

Hi all! Part of my game revolves around the regions use of a technology known as the Rotom Tower. A network of towers Rotoms have combined with. The signals the towers generate attract Castform in a variety of compositions that create or maintain the regions biomes. What do you think of the art for it so far? I'd like to make it into a kind of autotile where the electric spikes around it travel up and down the tower.

Splicing the battlesprite's head on makes it look a bit cheap, and the perspective is off compared to the base of the machine. The "electrical spikes" as you called them are a bit too pronounced, very clear safety hazard. The swirl/shading on the shaft gives it a texture that doesn't look like anything mechanical, appearing more like the sludge at a glance.
Decent placeholder/first draft, gets the idea across but needs refinement.
 
Personally I think it's great right now! I really love that design 😍
