It's really cute and well done overall, but there is some modifications you could do to make it look better:
-Add trees behind the two houses at the top and at the left of the cave because it looks like you can go behind, it may mistake the player
-Make the cave entry a bit bigger
-Make the water pond a bit bigger too
-"Randomize" a bit more the flowers because they look too linear
-Remove the flower pot on the right house
This is my opinion, i can understand if you don't want to change your map. Good luck with your game!

A nice Generic Tiny Pokemon Village. Looks a bit empty around the houses up top. especially without NPCs. And maybe introduce some bends and rocks in the cliffs around? Very geometric-looking.
