[v12+] Set the Controls Screen (now supporting gamepad)

Resource [v12+] Set the Controls Screen (now supporting gamepad) 1.2.8

Amazing plugin, -FL-. I did run into an issue where deleting a key in the menu does not prompt you to save when you exit, meaning once a key is set it can not be deleted; only replaced. I'm getting that even with a fresh install of the plugin. Are you seeing the same thing? Thanks for all of your hard work on this!

I sent a fix. Thanks for the report!

Hello, thank you for your plugin! Could you please tell me if gamepad support only works in Essentials 21.1? My game is built on 20.1, and although I installed the latest version of the plugin, I still can’t bind the gamepad controls.

Doesn't work in v20.1, I mentioned in readme. I probably need to mention in more places.

But if you copy the player from v21 or more recent mkxp-z, you can make gamepad works in v20.1 (I didn't tested, make a backup before doing this). You need to copy the Game.exe, x64-msvcrt-ruby310.dll and zlib1.dll to your folder. This tutorial explain how to put the more recent player to your game.
