You can, but that's related to eventing, not making the graphic like this tutorial is about. Aki has a tutorial on how to use events to set up fogs here- you can do the same thing and just set it to rely on the isNight? switch.

haha oh snap didn't realize that I put dogs instead of fogs... but thank you. So I just have to make the fog map and then set an event to have it come on at night
