Released Games

Projects with at least a playable demo go here. If your game is still in development and you don't have a public playable release, you should start a thread in the Games in Development section instead.

v0.1.11 Released 4/30/26! Welcome to the celestial land of Tenno! Known for its futuristic technology and advanced space program, the Tenno Region thrives thanks to the ambitions and benevolence of Team Planetary, an organization dedicated to the region's betterment. You start your Pokémon journey in the Tenno Region like many other trainers, but soon you and your childhood friend/rival witness a more sinister side of Team Planetary. They steal property and take Pokémon, all supposedly in the name of saving the region. Can the ends justify the means? As the only witnesses to these heinous acts in a region that idolizes the villains, it’s up to you to stop them while striving to become the Tenno Champion. Blast off on an out-of-this-world journey of astronomical proportions! Pokémon Sol Version is a fan project that aims to create a traditional Pokémon experience using Pokémon Essentials on RPG Maker XP. It is a part of the Cosmic Quest Project, and is technically the "third version" to the hypothetical Luna and Terra Versions. Currently released is a work-in-progress beta test/demo. What's a beta/demo? I explain in detail here. The main campaign is essentially complete and you can play the entire story up until the credits roll, but there is currently no post-game content. That will come in future updates, as discussed here. But, feel free to keep on exploring the region and completing missed optional content until then. Trailers Other Trailers Available Here Features 136 brand-new custom Pokémon (in addition to over 250 returning Pokémon from all generations) New Mega Evolutions New Regional Variants: Tennoan Forms Over 100 new moves and over 50 new abilities for new and old Pokémon alike An entire new region to explore, filled with a variety of unique locations A traditional Pokémon story, including a Pokémon League and evil team An expansive post-game story (Future Update) Light-Type Pokémon New mechanics, such as double abilities, combo-typed moves, and more Challenging boss battles against non-Pokémon entities and powerful Legendary Pokémon The Battle Final Frontier. It's the Battle Frontier, but in space (Future Update) The return of the Pokémon World Tournament, with more characters than ever before (Future Update) And so much more! Check out this link to read a series of articles that goes into behind-the-scenes explanations and examinations of many of the new aspects, features, and mechanics. Screenshots More Screenshots Important Notes This game is in beta and is an unfinished product. While playing, expect to encounter glitches and game crashes. If you do, please report them, as explained in the "Reporting Issues" section below. Due to the chances of encountering a game crash, I recommend saving your game frequently, especially before and after difficult or important battles or after long story events. The game is essentially complete up until the credits roll. That means you can play the entire main story, but there are no post-game elements added yet. Future updates to come. This game is designed to be a traditional and authentic Pokémon experience. It will not contain features common to fan games, such as a speed-up button. This game is designed to play more like the earlier Pokémon games (Gens I through V), rather than the more modern ones. As such, it may require more effort and thought to beat than you might be used to from modern Pokémon games. The game features the classic version of Exp. Share, rather than the modern version which distributes experience among all Pokémon in the party automatically. An Exp. All item, which functions like the modern Exp. Share, does exist in the game, but it is a reward for a side quest that spans the entire region and cannot be obtained until the very end of the game. It is better to think of it as a post-game item. One aspect of real Pokémon games that could not be replicated by this game is interactions with other players. This means it would usually be impossible to evolve Pokémon that require being traded. However, if you want to evolve such a Pokémon, just show a Pokémon that evolves through trade to the woman on the second floor of any Pokémon Center and she'll give you a special item that can evolve these Pokémon instead. Certain aspects of this game may be incompatible with JoiPlay. I have received reports of graphic display issues, random lag, and missing sound effects, all coming from JoiPlay, rather than any specific issue with the game. JoiPlay prevents players from skipping the opening movie. Players using JoiPlay should either delete or rename the folder titled "Movies" within their "Pokémon Sol Version" folder. This will cause the game to automatically skip the movie. This will have to be done every time the game is updated. Download v0.1.11 Here (Updated 4/30/26) No Hotfix Currently Required If you need help getting things working after downloading from this link, see here for instructions. Once you've downloaded the most recent version, apply the the most recent hotfix (if applicable) as explained below. Update Instructions: If you've already downloaded an older version of Sol Version and are looking to update, simply delete your outdated "Pokémon Sol Version" folder and download the current version from the above link. Your save data will transfer over automatically. Hotfix Instructions: If and only if there's a hotfix download link listed below the regular download link, then you'll need to apply the hotfix to Sol Version to play the most up-to-date version. Click the link to download a file called "Game.rgssad" and move that file into your "Pokémon Sol Version" folder. When it asks you if you want to replace the existing file, say yes. Now your game is up to date. You should always try to have to most recent hotfix applied to your game. If you've just installed Sol Version for the first time and a hotfix is available, you should apply the hotfix right away. Reporting Issues As this is a work-in-progress beta build of the game, expect to find glitches and other issues. Please report any issues you come across while playing. You can report them here, or send me an email at CosmicQuestProject@gmail.com. As much information as you can provide on the context of the issue, as well as screenshots if possible, is very helpful. If there's an error message, a picture or copy of the exact message would be of great assistance. The game's error log, with a list of all error messages you've received can be located in your file explorer under Users>[Your Name]>AppData>Roaming>Pokémon Sol Version. AppData is only visible if you first click the "View" tab, and then check the box labeled "Hidden Items." From there, you can copy and paste the exact error message, with the newest errors on the bottom. It is my hope that working together we can remove all of the issues that remain undiscovered in this game and we can move it ever closer to a final release. Known Issues Sometimes when an ability's name displays in battle, it will instead display the name of the Pokémon's other ability. This is a purely visual bug. The proper ability is still activating. Sometimes the game will crash when transitioning from the opening movie to the title screen. If this happens, you can simply relaunch the game and skip the movie to circumvent the crash. A handful of Tenno Pokémon are still a work in progress and do not yet have certain graphics. For a complete list of Pokémon missing some or all of their graphics, see here. Any Mega Evolved Pokémon not listed here is not yet available in the game, even if a Mega Stone is obtainable. The Mega Stone is a placeholder and will not work. Have A Question About Where to Find Something or How to Do Something in the Game? Look Here First Mystery Gift Sol Version has a rotation of Mystery Gift distributions. To learn how to unlock the Mystery Gift feature in Sol Version, see here. The currently running Mystery Gift is Lunatone, celebrating the Artemis II mission! Only available until April 3rd! Additionally, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Pokémon franchise, you can grab a special event-exclusive item, the VR Cartridge Red, via Mystery Gift as well! Take this item to the scientist on the top floor of Game Freak Tower in Kanaveral City to participate in a very special 30th anniversary battle. Once you defeat the Elite Four, you'll have access to a different special battle. Trust me, you don't want to miss this one. The Year of Tenno Favorite Tenno Pokémon Quiz! There are 136 new Pokémon in the Tenno Region, as well as 19 Tennoan Forms, and I want to know what your favorites are. Just follow this link to the poll and select up to six of your favorite Tenno Pokémon and Tennoan Forms! Who knows, the results of this poll may even have an impact on the future of Sol Version. I really would appreciate your participation. Thank you. A part of Find Out More! Introducing Pokémon Extreme Epsilon! Pokémon Extreme Epsilon is a Pokémon Fan Game made with Pokémon Essentials and RPG Maker XP, with an unique region, Mega Evolution, Elite Battle DX, Pokémon from all Generations, and unique characters, as well as characters from the main series games. This game is a sort of continuation of my previous fan game Pokémon Epsilon (Sort of like how Ultra Sun/Moon is to Sun/Moon). The game features a hard mode that is meant to be quite difficult. Not quite on the level of a kaizo game, but still fairly challenging. But there is also a Normal mode for an experience that is more similar to the main series games (But still a bit more challenging). The game also has built in customizable randomizer and nuzlocke modes, and different pokemon from all 9 generations. The main game is fully completed, with all 8 Gyms and the Elite Four, and a ton of post-game content completed as well. Be sure to check out the wiki below for more info. The Trailer Pokémon Extreme Epsilon Wiki Download: https://www.mediafire.com/file/f8zobdgvclitq86/Pokemon-Extreme-Epsilon.zip/file 1.) Download from above link 2.) Open and "Extract all” 3.) Open "Game.exe" to play the game You can also view the changes made in each version at: Changes Log The Wiki For this game I have made a wiki page that outlines things such as the different battles and areas of the game, as well as where different items or NPCs are. Mega Stone Locations TM Locations Notable Trainers Notable NPCs and Items Legendary Locations Pokémon Changes Rhizo Region The New Region Welcome to the Rhizo Region! This region has Pokemon from all generations, and different unique environments. When creating this region I took inspiration from the main series games, but also wanted the layout and locations to feel different. In this region there are caves, mountains, frozen tundras, deserts, haunted mansions, volcanos, and more to explore! The Dex The PokeDex features many different Pokemon and forms. It includes all Pokemon from Gen 1 - 5, and then a selection of Pokemon from Gen 6-9. I choose to only include some Pokemon from Gen 6-9 primarily because not all Pokemon have publicly available animated sprites for Elite Battle DX. But also since Elite Battle DX uses the gen 5 art style I felt Pokemon from Gen 1 - 5 made sense, and also the game uses Gen 5 battle mechanics. For a list of all Pokémon currently in the game, see: https://pastebin.com/raw/A33LYrKd The Story The Story of the game is similar to my previous fan game and also Pokemon Ultra Sun/Moon's postgame. You as the protagonist are given a Pokemon and tasked with taking on the Rhizo League and defeating the elite four and champion of the Region. The game also features Totem Pokemon that you must take on and prove yourself against before challenging the Gyms. Your rival Richard really lives up to his name if you know what I mean, and can be a real pain in your side with his smack talk. Luckily you have your friend Layla tagging along, to help you grow as a trainer and as a friend. You meet quite a few other interesting characters on your journey, as well as a familiar evil team… The Features Gen 5 animated style sprites Elite Battle DX A customizable Randomizer and Nuzlocke mode Mega Evolutions New events for Mythical Pokemon that never had events before Different difficulty modes Very robust post-game, with battle frontier Unique region and story Familiar Trainers from all over the Pokémon World Pokémon World Tournament and other battle options Screenshots Known Bugs There are a few bugs currently in game: Sometimes when using the "Last item used" option during a battle, if the item is a ball and there is only one more left in the bag, the game may display an error message. You can press ok to dismiss the error and continue playing but it may temporarily mess up the battle hud, but after the battle is finished it will fix itself. In the Bug Catching Contest in the Vulkan City National Park, if you open the menu at all during the contest the game will crash. In the Battle Tower or the Battle Arena in the Battle Frontier, when the attendant asks to "yes, use existing teams" or "yes, create new teams", do not select these as this will crash the game. If you find any more bugs while playing this game, be sure to let me know by replying to this thread. Other Currently the game is marked as "released" and not "completed", as there are still a few things I'd like to add to the game. Firstly the battle frontier isn't finished as of right now and only the Pokémon World Tournament is open. I'd also like to eventually add the Legends ZA Mega evolutions. I also may add other things in the future such as following Pokémon. Also worth mentioning is that if you choose the randomizer option at the beginning of the game, it can take quite a while to load after you select "done". You may think it's frozen, but it can sometimes take a few minutes to load depending on the options you select and your PC. Also, I have not done a ton of testing with the randomizer and nuzlocke modes, they seem to work fine but if you run into any troubles let me know in this thread. Fate places you in Fennel Wing, the underdog dorm known more for misfits than prodigies. But as you'll soon discover, this year will be anything but ordinary. Meet unforgettable classmates, build friendships, rivalries, and uncover strange rumors surrounding ancient ruins hidden throughout the campus grounds. With exploration programs reinstated after a mysterious suspension, something long buried begins to stir once more. What secrets lie beneath the surface of Aldana? This project was originally created for the InsertName Game Jam of 2025. Thank you to all the coordinators and players who made the event possible!
Hello! This is my first Pokémon Fan game. I've been planning on doing a Pokémon Manga, and this game will soon turn into one. This is not Pokemon Adventure Red, This is whole new thing with it's own history in development. I'm using the same features from Pokémon Adventure, so this kind of level of violence should be known: "Someone hit someone", "Pokemon attacking humans". Yep :/ The game is currently on it's demo stage, and i'm planning a lot of special things. And in the future will have more than 10 endings. Depending on the choices and friendships. Yes this is my first time, i'm not a experienced fool :D. The Demo finishes at Route 6, a small run, but really fun. The game is in Demo Stage, so it's not complete or finally released. Update log: 1.1 - Finished the Demo - Check the discord server if you're interested. Made using Pokemon Essentials v.21.1 STORY: Ahh the Kanto Region, we all miss this region form the bottom of our hearts. Long before the lights of Galar and the Dynamax phenomenon took center stage, a new journey begins in the quiet streets of Viridian City. You play as Neto, a 12-year-old trainer starting his adventure alongside his buddy Squirtle. Prove your skill by traveling across the iconic Kanto Region. Earn 8 Gym Badges, forge lasting friendships, and strive to become a true Pokémon Master. However, as you climb the ranks, you will realize that not everything is as it seems. While the world looks ahead to the future, something stirs in the shadows of the present. Beyond the gym battles and the thrill of discovery, a mysterious plot is unfolding, one that will require more than just brute strength to overcome. Pokémon Adventure retells the classic Kanto journey through a fresh lens, set in a time before the events of Galar. Experience a traditional adventure infused with a new layer of suspense and secrets waiting to be unearthed. Only those with a strong heart and a sharp mind will uncover the truth behind the shadows. Check the oficial discord server: https://discord.gg/BgVTgMMaPW There you can talk with us if you want to join the team. Changelog: I had to let a early access update come to public, because a bug on Oak's lab happened, so enjoy it.

STORY AND CHARACTERS The Arpegia Region is back from an entirely new perspective. A land built on unity and strength, the Arpegian Archipelago reimagines Pokemon in a semi-medieval setting. By facing the Arpegia League Gauntlet, anyone has the chance to rise to the throne and rule over the land however they see fit. You play as a young girl named Faria and her Tinkatink from the desert island of Garmere. Her father, a former Gauntlet Crest Bearer, left the island years ago for reasons you aren't aware of. When you finally get the chance to leave the island and go looking for him, something happens that changes the course of your life and journey forever. Faria will be joined by a unique cast of characters as she goes on her journey to find her missing father. Kelvin is someone you've known since childhood, but the events of the game cause you to become close friends as he chases his own dreams away from Garmere Island. Mathu is a traveling bard who appears in Chapter 2; he's eccentric, outlandish, and too much almost all of the time, but he is a very powerful trainer with a lot of knowledge about myths, religion, and history. The new and current release has you challenging 2 Crest Bearers (Gym Leaders). FEATURES Gen 1-9 Pokemon, Anti-Grinding measures (Audino trainers, Set IV Event Pokemon), HM removal Manually Allocated EVs Field Effect System from Pokemon Reborn and Rejuvenation Boss Battle System from Pokemon Rejuvenation Advanced Battle AI Custom Regional Forms SCREENSHOTS DOWNLOAD I recommend joining the Official Diadem Discord Server for the most up to date downloads (Please lmk if this link doesn't work and I'll replace it) Google Drive (Recommended): View: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_nLcE0qa8OzkLE-snvJuwjtnG1JBTGoC/view?usp=sharing Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/p98nm0m19k5uhd53jggt9/Diadem-2.0.rar?rlkey=jvse80rdji61bih09kjis29ff&st=7fzh90f9&dl=0 Developed by Matt/Puff Heavily inspired by Pokemon Reborn, Rejuvenation, and Desolation CREDITS

- Pokémon Bermuda - Hi guys, I've already posted this on reddit, but I thought I'd post it here too. I decided to share the progress of my game. I started in 2021 and continue to work on it regularly to this day. The game is far from finished but I would still like to take the opportunity to get opinions and feedback! Feel free to join my discord! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Information about the game: The game was made with Pokemon Essentials v19.1 The game takes place in the Bermuda region, which, as the name suggests, is based on the Bermuda Triangle. But that's not what the story of the demo will be about, simply because the story isn't there yet. The demo covers the first 3 gyms and some banter afterwards Some new evolutions and regional forms The structure of the game progression is similar to other Pokemon games: defeating Gymleaders, fight evil team, become the strongest. The antagonists are a powerful crime syndicate called Crimson Dawn. They have a lot of power within the region due to corruption, extortion, etc. However, you wont see much of Crimson Dawn in the demo; Their influence on the story comes later in the game Mechanics: The game uses gen 8 mechanics, As of now there are Pokemon from all gens (1-9) to find. It is important to mention that I do not plan to integrate the full national dex because there are simply too many Pokemon. I don't know how many Pokemon there will be in the regional dex at the end. Speedup possible (Q on Keyborad, can be changed by pressing F1. You shouldn’t use it permanently because it can mess up some events and cutscenes. It can also create performance issues) HM items (HM attacks are no longer necessary and can be removed without Move-deleter). Quest system to keep track of the main story and side quests. Trade evolutions have been replaced by regular evolutions Possible bugs/errors that could occur: Because this is a one-man project, there will be some bugs or errors. Since I'm not a native English speaker, some typos will probably appear. I've corrected all the ones I've seen, but I'm sure that there are stille some left. Incorrect tiles Performance issues, especially on weaker computers, but I think this is partly due to Pokemon Essentials. When you encouter performance issues you can try to restart the game. Missing Overworld sprites for some events (I changed the names of some sprites to keep the naming of my files more consistent) The overworld fishing sprite isnt showing. The move sketch shows an error message, but the game doesn't crash (will be fixed) You should save regularly to be safe in case the game crashes unexpectedly! Feel free to let me know if you find any of these or other problems. I also added a “wiki” for the game folder. It includes a copy of the Pokemon PBS file to quickly look up evolutions, moves etc, a list of item locations and a list of quests and their locations. I know 3 Gym is a lot for a demo but I didn't want to take anything away from the game. Download version 1.3.5 of the demo here, have fun:) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

New general update (04/24/26) Battles have been adjusted + FIXED A BUG that'll block the tutorial! + Fixed another major bug! Estimated time until the Rank 4 update since 04.17.26: Around two months, maybe earlier 04.25: The last mission is implemented! Follow my update comments to learn more! CURRENT DEMO: You can play till rank 4 now! IMPORTANT: Don't complain about the easy acces to EXP candies. Some people just want to enjoy the story, and I'm not aiming to make the best, most fanciest fangame possible as a solo dev and include an easy mode. Different difficulty modes means I'd need to make 2-3 versions of a billion trainers in that game while I'm not earning a penny from that. Miragea needs you! As a rookie member of the Trainer Union, it’s your mission to help people, protect Pokémon, and safeguard the natural world. Climb the ranks from 1 to 6, but be careful: not all your fellow Union members are on your side. While Union Leader John wrestles with a growing number of missing person cases, Poachers lurk in each area, exploiting Pokémon for profit whenever they can. FEATURES: - Ranger + PMD meet Pokémon Trainer Story-driven gameplay based on your Union Rank (no Gyms, but Rank Battles!). People previously compared it to Mystery Dungeon & praised the characters. Custom character portraits to bring emotional cutscenes to life Simplified Hidden Base with customizable furniture (and a few surprises to discover!) Mega Evolution available at the end of rank 2 Exploration-first design: optional routes, secrets, and side content Unlock new, free-roam areas as you climb the ranks: forests, beaches, haunted mansions, fairy woods, deserts, snowy mountains, and more Custom battle backgrounds for many locations Balanced difficulty: No endless grinding + optional Advanced Battle AI from Nononever No wild battle music - except for boss fights A few, optional Fakemon Most weak Pokémon are useful now! NOTES: This is my first project! I'm still learning a lot and would love any bug reports, but please be precise about them! 🌟 How's the difficulty? Who did you like the most and who made the most problems? How's the level-curve? Thanks so much for checking it out! c: DOWNLOAD: View: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rDCLM9Ofph3ggNyakL8pgj_J8KKSoQnN/view?usp=drive_link
Pokémon Realities Kit Used: Essentials V20.1 (Planning to Update to 21.1) Game Summary Pokémon Realities is a fan made Pokémon game that heavily dives into the idea of the multiverse. Throughout the game, the player will travel through 6 different lands that make up the Kessho Region, each with their own unique traditions and cultures collecting 18 gym badges and preparing to challenge the Pokémon league. Early on in the player's journey, they end up running into a mysterious group known as team horizon who are looking to reassemble something called the reality crystal. This crystal was said to have the power to create any wish imaginable back in the ancient times. Now throughout their journey, the player attempts to stop team Horizon from achieving their goals while meeting many friends, allies, enemies, and Pokémon along the way. Features you'll see in V1 Gen 3 RSE Style Game Very Large Pokedéx with 1000+ Pokémon available to capture Field Effects (Like from Reborn, Reju, Deso, Etc) Level Caps QoL upgrades (PokéMart & PokéCenter combined into one New Regional Variants New Custom UI's Side Quests Content up to the 5th gym avaliable (gym 5 out of 18) Spoiler Free Story Outline The Kessho Region is home to a crystal known as the reality crystal. This crystal was said to be a gift from the gods for humanity to use to grow and prosper. One day a wish was made to bring prosperity and expansion to the region, and the wish was granted. However, due to the great magnitude of the wish, a great calamity struck the region, expanding it into 6 different islands with each having origins from their own realties. After such a massive wish was made, the crystal exploded and shattered itself into tiny shards, scattering itself until it could fully restore its power. In the present day, all 6 lands have come together, stemming from the primitive age, medieval age, modern age, and even ages of flying cars and magic! However, as of recent years, an organization has been on the move for the crystal shards, what are their goals? Perhaps it to create a new world using the crystal's power, or the destruction of life itself... Made using Essentials v21.1 on RPG Maker XP MediaFire MEGA Recruiting! Story After an incident involving Fervor's most wanted criminals leaves Fervor mostly isolated from the rest of the world, Fervor's league is finally recovering. However, they still lack the gym leaders that act as the bedrock of any league. Coincidentally, a couple of kids are about to stumble upon a whole other world that the vast majority of people can't even comprehend. Literally. However, it seems that the criminals who weren't caught also know of the Otherside's existence and are continuing out their goals with an organization, but what those goals are happen to be unknown to anyone but the top brass. Alongside an ancient civilization and an unknown being with unclear motives, the multiple threads knotting together will change the world forever. But will it change for the better or for the worse? but it is actually new content. If you're updating from an older version, MAKE SURE YOU'RE IN EASY MODE!!! Changes: Chapter B1 added. An overhaul of the candle system. Even more new music by danger!ghosts! Travelling trainers event in overworld event. Enhanced Battle UI added. Ferocity and Resilience charms will not work on any mons with a BST over 535. Modified encounter table for rebalancing purposes. Updated the trainers taking the modified dex into consideration. Modify dialogue to make it so wild Pokémon are more wary of balls and require candles because of this. Removed the difficulty stuff for now. I need a proper balancer for that. Fevorian Natu and Xatu have been changed to convergent evolutions Batu and Vatu. If you have a Natu in your party, it should just become a regular Natu with some of Batu's moves. Bug Fixes: Updated some more outdated dialogue involving Pandora's Box. Fixed the Otherside doors crashing. Fixed weird visiblility stuff with the Mantrees. Eris' trainer class was "Trainer" and not "Pokémon Trainer" on accident. Facing a playable character in a different outfit works properly. Candles crash fixed. Blocked off access to Galveson park without a Pokémon. Fixed some dialogue for certain quests in Nepdewn Town. Partner trainers were having disobedience issues. Made Sociedew guaranteed female (she's a "matriarch" after all). Fixed oversight in mid battle dialogue, along with some of Lotta's dialogue. Using a blank charm in a multi battle has the same properties as a Poké Ball where it ends the turn. Starting up game in Uakitite Tower doesn't adjust the map until something leaving map or new decoration. Fixed crash when opposing trainer has no graphic. Version 1.0.10 Changes: Removed the "Toss" option in bag. Modified the priorities of events so some are more frequent than others. Boss Pokémon have smarter AI. More food items that can be bought at Simisavor. The Otherside now has a custom theme. Bug Fixes: Reimplemented the missing functionality of the Constant Tileset. Nerfed the cactus juice a little since it was on an older version of the hunger system. Fixed Typeless Charm being called "Typless Charm" Status effects weren't applying to the right Pokémon during a boss phase. Fixed Tropius Charm working on anyone. Removed early access to the Holiday Home. Version 1.0.9 Fixed the save functions. Especially since you could technically save if you press quit, which defeats the purpose of not being able to save everywhere. Version 1.0.8 NOTE: It turns out soft resetting the game causes issues with UnrealTime, so for now avoid F12 like the plague. Changes: Couple new events added to carriage travel. Some mid-battle dialogue for important battles. New Galveson City theme thanks to danger!ghosts! More coming soon. Bug Fixes: Fixed carriage travel. Particularly how the movement goes on even when the map changes. Made sure you can't go anywhere else in the mainland to cheese to the cutscene. Version 1.0.7 Changes: New challenge that disables IVs on the user. Bug Fixes: Anything that heals was broken UI-wise due to 1.0.6. Fixed Paisley's overworld sprite. Version 1.0.6 Mostly just improvements and fixes to the bosses. Changes: Design on special DLV Pokémon so they scream "special form". Bug Fixes: Fixed Fruity Scent not actually trapping the user. Modified the UI so the caught symbol isn't over the boss bars. Shrunk the thin battle bars a bit so you could fully see the remaining boss bars when there's more than one Pokémon on a side. Potentially fixed a bug where the game is trying to heal more than what remains between the hp and totalhp. I'm not able to recreate it, but it's always been wildly inconsistent. Version 1.0.5 pbStoreBag broke because of item_decorations? It fixed itself when I opened the bag, so do that if you get an error involving pbStoreBag. Changes: Added missing materials. Bug Fixes: Modified Trollodile's minigame winning reward so that no charm is left out. Battle Low HP doesn't exist yet, so battles break when player's mons reach low HP. Cactus juice is not a decoration. Version 1.0.4 Changes: Decreased Sociedew's height by a meter. Decreased the time for the HP bar. Frugivore Charm that applies the "eaten berry" effect instantly. Buffed Belch's accuracy to 100%. Bug Fixes: Added Sociedew's missing camo typing. Version 1.0.3 Changes: Worked on the battle UI some more. More random dialogue for characters in tower when nothing specific to say. DLV Swalot design updated so it's a little more unique. Certain important battles have a variety of Pokémon that can appear (though right now it's just the first gym leader). Certain items obtainable while fishing. Add new trainer tip after Sociedew boss fight explaining using blank charms on anything DLV, Updated badge part of the Trainer ID, specifically for the boss Pokémon. Reworked the Fervorian Applin line along with adding the missing third path (thanks ScVi DLC for throwing an unexpected Dipplin and Hydrapple). Changed up a certain plotline a bit. Bug Fixes: Forgot to remove a print statement during the carriage traversal in the savanna. Messed up the cutscene code, which made the first carriage traversal impossible. Removed Losrick's overworld sprite for now since it utilized the old spirte version. Fixed sideways sprites of Boy and George not bouncing when walking. Direction is now kept after fishing. Cut off pixels in Interior tilesets fixed. Fixed some form names for certain regional forms. Fixed the type matchup up not properly showing alternate forms. Fixed some passability issues with plants. Version 1.0.2 Changes: Completely changed Losrick's design, along with making its evolution Trovake. Some more EBN news. Removed the moss(?) from Galveson City since it didn't look good at all. Especially when considering that it isn't at all pixel-y. Nerfed the availability of a certain NPC in a certain library. All fakemon now have a habitat for the Pokedex Data Page Plugin. Bug Fixes Fixed jack-o-lanturn graphic. Certain NPCs now have a cooldown. Version 1.0.1 Bug Fixes: Time doesn't show during story events (unless you talk to the clocks I guess). There isn't really supposed to be a specific time to worry about while free time is not going on. Accidentally didn't change day after gym battle. Fixed some lines that referred to Quarter by an outdated name. Can't walk on locked door tiles in route gateways. Fixed major oversight in replace_tileset function that was causing the tileset_name to not save the correct name. Outdoor Light now only applies to night, not evening (just because of how the tilesets look). Zaria is always cleaning the shower once she starts doing it (aka no event page that hides her). [/SPOILER]

Logo is a WIP Welcome to Ayrei The Ayrei Region, a landmass split into four different quadrants. Each with their own people and Pokemon every moment of your adventure has something new in store. This is not the full planned region, only what's currently available in 4.0 No Gyms, No Elite Four In Project Vanguard, the role of the Pokemon Trainer is no longer to collect gym badges and become the champion. Instead, Trainers protect the region from criminal organizations, aggressive wild Pokemon, and whatever other conflicts come their way. As a brand new Trainer, you'll enroll in the Vanguard Academy, a school dedicated to teaching the next generations of Pokemon wielders. As you rise through the ranks, you'll face new challenges, meet new friends, and of course, uncover your mysteries past. Oh, that's right, you. An individual who's awoken in this region with no memory of who they were before. With no where else to go, you join your newfound friend, and become a Pokemon Trainer. New Regional Forms In the region of Ayrei, you'll encounter a total of over 300 new regional forms, evolutions to existing Pokemon, and even completely new ones. With thousands of hours of work from both our artists and balancers, each one will be fun to play with and offer a useful role in your team. A Brand New World To Explore The region of Ayrei is built with exploration in mind. On your journey across it, you'll not just find trainers to battle, but also den's home to rare Pokemon, treasures guarded by powerful opponents, and a lot of optional areas you'll miss if you don't look hard enough. Defined Difficulty Modes Vanguard has three difficulty modes for your choose from. Each one with hand crafted teams for every important boss trainer. No matter what type of player you are, one of these modes should offer an engaging experience. Quality of Life While we still want Vanguard to feel like an proper adventure, we of course cut down on a lot of the tedious tasks you'd find yourself stuck with in other games. This includes the removal of EV training, as points can now be allocated at any time from the summary screen, and other Pokemon customization items now being easily purchasable. Additional Features Old Gym Leaders return as cosplayers ("super fans") for you to battle with new teams! Most route Trainers are optional (progress at your own pace!) Non-Binary protagonist option 28 Starters (22 of whom are Regional Variants!) Advanced Pokedex that displays the stats and learnsets of every seen Pokemon EXP all (right after picking your starter) Infinite Repel (right after picking your starter) Canon Pokemon up to generation 9 Fast travel between towns Download Goes up to chapter 35, around 36-38 hours of playtime The discord https://discord.gg/sr24E8keRs Why join the discord? INTRODUCTION "The year is 202X. The world has seen countless innovations and quality of life improvements since the dawn of the new millennium. This rapid abundance of prosperity is all owed to the continued symbiotic relationship between humans and Pokémon. Together, we live, we learn and we grow and eventually... we understand one another and form the most powerful of connections. Through this bond, my father's dream of everlasting utopia may finally become a reality. However... There are others who use Pokémon to aid in their nefarious goals. It's profoundly sad that there are some who have no moral boundaries... But... Thankfully... There are those who choose to stand up to the wicked and cherish the ideal of peace just like us. Though my time here draws closer to its end... I know deep within the inner confines of my heart that you will crystalize a new, brighter reality for us all." The peaceful region of Omeyria is in danger of being compromised by unknown invaders... Cities and towns all across the region have been locked down without any explanation... Citizens have been disappearing left and right... The city of Asteria has been hit with a brutal crime spike... With townspeople and government officials paralyzed by fear, the region needs a lionheart who can liberate it... The clock has started ticking and the stage is set... All that's left is for our heroes to take the spotlight. Will you heed the call in Omeyria's time of need, or will you ignore the people's pleads for help? Pokémon Ar:Syncronía is developed using Pokémon Essentials v20.1 and RPG Maker XP. FEATURES Doubles Battle Format: Most of the battles in game will be doubles-centric. Only a handful of battles will be in singles format, and most of them are at the beginning to ease the player into the format change! An ever-expanding new region comprised of 5 districts, filled with secrets, side quests and optional areas! Reasonably big regional Pokédex consisting of Pokémon from Generations 1 through 8. Various QoL improvements for a more refined Pokémon experience, both in the OW and in-battle. (e.g. an easily accessible hub area for various Pokémon optimization services/EXP All/Pokémon Storage System accessible from the field/Hidden Abilities being able to be acquired in normal wild encounters/etc.) The Omeyria League Circuit, consisting of 18 optional gyms! Acquisition of all 18 Omeyrian Gym Badges allows the player to participate in the Nexus Circuit Cup with a chance to dethrone the Circuit King. Increased Shiny Rate, up to 1/100, with the idea to have fully custom shinies for each available Pokémon. KNOWN ISSUES Miscellaneous animation bugs. Miscellaneous tile bugs. Miscellaneous text bugs. This game is still a work in progress. The second demo (v0.2.31) is now available! Download Here The project is being developed using Pokémon Essentials v21.1 and RPGMakerXP Join the Bug Run Discord server here for updates and discussion: DISCORD SERVER Overview What originally started as a small, game jam-styled game has quickly grown into something more: Bug Run was inspired by and conceptualized as a forced Mono-type run. For anyone, however unlikely, that isn't familiar with a Mono-type run, it's a chosen game style in which you capture and use Pokémon of only a certain type (not including the Pokémon's secondary type into that equation). Plot Story wise, why would anyone catch just Bug-Type Pokémon? Why, you're a Bug Catcher, of course! As a young boy or girl who loves the Bug-Type, you will join the titular “Bug Run” to prove your merit amongst other Bug Catchers. …and the world? This region does not have an evil organization. There is no Pokémon League. It’s just you and your journey to be the best Bug Catcher you can be. Explore and find secrets. Collect resources and craft your future! What is the Bug Run, Exactly? The Bug Run itself is an event within the region that has contestants traveling to various areas to take part in puzzles, exploration, and--of course--catching bug Pokémon! In place of badges, you will be collecting stamps (the ink kind, not the postage kind). The Region Ecryus is a land steeped in many forests, though you can also find an immense desert, volcanic slopes, deep ocean trenches, tropical islands, and glacial passes. (Not all present at the time of this demo, of course) You can expect to encounter all manner of bug Pokémon, new regional and convergent forms, and new fakemon, many with lots of alternate forms. One species is known to have 10+ forms. Can you collect them all? Gameplay It sure is hard being a BugCatcher. After all, your Type-specialty is often looked down upon…so much so that most Marts won't even sell goods to you and other Bug Catchers. I guess that means you'll need to break rocks, gather plants, look in peoples’ houses, and dig through the trash if you want to be able to have what you need to venture out into the world with any success! Features Catch only “Bugs”! Well…actually, there are three game modes. “Purist” allows you to only catch Pokemon that contain the “Bug”-Type, exactly as on the label. Sorry, no evolving Skorupi for you! “Bug Lover” is the recommended and sort of ‘default’ play style, which allows for some questioning on what a bug is (Goomy is a slug and slugs are colloquially bugs…right?). “Shrimps is Bugs” mode allows you to catch some crustaceans and nudibranchs that are…close enough to bugs (Krabby got jealous of Dwebble, for example) Resource gathering and crafting Mining mini-game with new items to find Loads of new items items in general New tree-shaking mechanic (think Headbutt, but with interaction!) In place of badges, you will collect stamps (the ink kind, not the postage kind). In place of a Trainer Card, you have a Trainer Passport which adds pages and adjusts and updates as you progress through the game. As one player put it: your character is a bit of a journaler... HM moves can be used outside of battle by Pokémon that can learn the move but do not know the move, so long as you have enough Stamps to do so. E.g. Parasect doesn't know the move Cut but can learn it, so it has access to cut down small trees, assuming you've obtained your first stamp. Quest system (a large number are integrated but not all are fully developed or completed). The quest log itself is being reworked, so may change drastically in the future. It looks kind of messy right now, to be honest All Bug-Types from gen 1 - 9 will be available (not all are available as of this demo, but by the game's final release, they all will be). If gen 10 is out by then, new bugs will be added! New regional and convergent forms Dozens of fakemon, some with 10+ forms to collect and use! A handful of Pokemon from the CAP project. Mega evolution, including new megas! (These are not available as of this demo but planned accessible in a future update) Exp.All On/Off (semi-early into the game) TRs and reusable TMs New moves (most lack proper animations, but I’m getting around to it!) and abilities Increased shiny odds (1/512 standard; higher odds for certain static encounters and special resource-prompted encounters) Speed Up option (be careful/wary with this; it has been known to cause some issues sometimes if used outside of battle) Day/Night cycle using ‘Unreal’ Time: 48-minute Day clock, a la Scarlet/Violet Trash Cans (so many Trash Cans). In seriousness, Trash Cans, Fridges, and Cabinets all have an item/spawn system that makes this game RNG and luck heavy in a fun and even dare I say addictive way! 17 rivals, one for each other type (just kidding) Screenshots Credits

Hi! I'm so glad you decided to check out my very first game! In Pokémon Kiki Version and Bouba Version, you challenge gyms of 8 new types. In the demo, 3 of the 8 gyms are available, each representing a new type, plus some more story content. The Pokédex includes 250 new and old favorites right now. The types are well fleshed out, like Fairy was when it was released, with new Pokémon, old Pokémon being reassigned, new moves, abilities, and a strong identity. Download Kiki or Bouba Version here! I would like to include anyone that sends in feedback after playing through the whole demo as a trainer in Victory Road and/or a Fated Encounter (with Pokémon from the existing Dex). Join the discord server for updates, suggesting features, and reporting bugs! What does "Kiki" and "Bouba" even mean? The Kiki/Bouba effect (Wikipedia Link) describe the finding that across all languages and cultures, people categorise nonsense words like "Kiki" with pointy shapes and "Bouba" with round shapes. From Beedrill and Butterfree to Scolipede and Leavanny, Pokémon has always played into these two categories. This game will dive into these divisions. Plot Overview Gyms have started appearing all over the Upill region, and all of them categorise Pokémon into new types! And yes, they are definitely on the silly side. Also, somehow these groups, Team Kiki and Team Bouba have appeared at the same time as those gyms... Features! I made sure that the game throws you into the action right away. No long-winded story intros, you are given a starter and Pokéballs right away and can start catching! New Pokémon! Meet Purrindl, the street cat Pokémon. And yes, you read that right, it has... New types! Each gym is assigned one of the 8 new types, the first one being the Driving-type. All other types should be organically discovered during gameplay, which is why I won't spoil them here. Though I can reveal I would wager that they are... unique types which wouldn't typically be added to Pokémon fangames. Fleshed-out type identities! These types are deeply fleshed out and each have a different identity, just like our real 18 types do. Driving, for example, specialises in speed and dealing damage even at the cost of crashing themselves into the enemy. New moves and abilities Each new type also has new abilities and new moves associated with it. This move, Second Helping, makes the user switch in again, triggering anything like abilities, entry hazards, etc. Evolution Pokédex Page This feature gives you a convenient look at new Pokémon and/or branching evolutions. Toggleable Level Scaling HMs are not required for progressing, technically gyms can be challenged in any order (think Scarlet and Violet). If you want, you can enable level scaling so you can really just go anywhere you want. Trade With Friends Using the drdoom76s Trade with Friends plugin, you can generate files to trade with your friends. New Player Tutorial Even new players can enjoy the game! At the start, you are prompted to say if you are familiar with Pokémon. If you are not, the first few routes are littered with helpful tips, NPCs and items. Secrets! I couldn't include the driving type without also including the famous truck, could I? There are also so-called "fated encounters", which reward you with special Pokémon and trigger if your trainer has a specific name. More are to come, but right now all these names work: So go out, catch new Pokémon and pick a side: Kiki or Bouba! The project is being developed using Pokémon Essentials v21.1 and RPGMakerXP. POKEMON NEW FRONTIERS Version 0.1.1 | Developed using Pokemon Essentials v 21.1 "The Pokemon game of the future, today!" What is Pokemon New Frontiers? Pokemon New Frontiers is a fangame set in the far, far future. As a new recruit for the Silver Authority, the defense force of the revolutionary Silver Ship, your tasks are defending the ship and its residents from extraterrestrial life and other anomalies, exploring alternate points in time and space through portals, and fighting back against the criminals and the seedy underbelly of this futuristic society that seek to do it all in. Or is it? It's up to you to determine if you wish to be the brave hero of the futuristic police force and the Ship itself... or resist this role and follow the lead of a former member who seems to know more than he's letting on. As stated above, Pokemon New Frontiers takes place on the Silver Ship, a futuristic marvel designed to replicate life on Earth while taking humanity further into space to explore the new frontiers. While the classic gym structure returns, Pokemon New Frontiers introduces a ranking system somewhat similar to Legends Arceus where completing certain tasks will improve your ranking (visible on your Trainer ID). The game will encourage you to complete the missions to ascend through the ranks of the Silver Authority, but you can freely choose to ignore this responsibility... and see what happens from there. You can even choose to ignore the Silver Authority entirely if you so choose... although things may get a bit complicated should you choose to do so. Features: New ranking system for progression Over 100 new Fakemon, along with several new evolutions/pre-evolutions Several returning beta Pokemon which have been given a second chance at life A handful of ZA megas, ideally they will all be in the full release but at the moment only a select few are obtainable Canon Pokemon lines have received reworks to breathe new life into them (For example, Beedrill gets a new (for now) signature move called Final Stinger, Spearow and Fearow get a new ability called Rage Winds that set Tailwind, the Roggenrola line gets a Defense buff, wider movepools all around) Pokemon that evolve via trade while holding an item can now evolve while just holding the item and leveling up New moves and abilities, with several older ones receiving significant reworks (Barrage is now a special Psychic clone of Rock Blast, Cut is now Steel-type and 80 power, Foresight now bypasses all type immunities, and more) Numerous quality of life features designed to speed up gameplay (faster Pokemon Center healing and bike speeds, gen 5 EXP system and EXP All simultaneously) Light-based moves. While Light is not a type in this game, it is a new move category (like sound, punching, biting, etc). Pokemon with the Illuminate ability gain a 50% damage increase to their light-based moves, and Pokemon with the ability Blindness are immune to light-based attacks. Minor type chart rework (Water is now weak to Poison, Fairy is now weak to Bug, Rock now resists Ghost) Additional notes: Since this is a demo, please let me know of any obvious bugs/glitches. I'll work on patching them out, but I won't add anything major to this for probably a few months at least. There is one hidden Ability Patch per gym. The first one is easy to find, but the rest will be more hidden. Since most of the newer Pokemon in this game have fantastic Hidden Abilities, use your patches wisely. The demo doesn't have an official "end" since the 4th, 5th and 6th gyms are somewhat open ended in order. You'll know once you've reached the end when the literal roadblocks block your path after the final rival fight. There are a few obvious placeholder sprites that I'm still working on. Their finalized sprites will be included in my first patch, whenever that inevitably happens :P Older versions of this project will sadly not be compatible with 0.1.0, which is unfortunately a necessary sacrifice so that I can make large, needed changes before the game's official release.
