Introduction
Hello everyone! This is my first project made in Pokémon Essentials: Pokémon Lost World: Echoes of Eternity. Originally, this was meant to be my second game, following Lost World: Redeem the Future. However, I realized I wanted players to become familiar with my writing style first, so I decided to develop Echoes of Eternity as a more classic Rpg Storyline.
For this game, I am focusing heavily on the story, as I love storytelling. At the same time, I really want to create challenging boss fights that require strategy rather than just attacking. Some battles will require debuffing moves, flinching effects, status conditions, and defensive strategies like Protect in order to win but that's still on progress.
Story
The planet of Evvig is ruled by a Pokémon known as Ouroboros, the Infinity Dragon. Long ago, it saved the world from destruction at the hands of an evil god named Azzarots and sealed it away to prevent harm to humanity. However, before being sealed, Azzarots chose a loyal servant to one day bring about its revival. This plan was ultimately stopped by Jake, the second hero chosen by Ouroboros to save the world.
Centuries have passed. The protagonist is a survivor of a brutal attack by a cult that burned down their village, sacrificing countless lives in an effort to revive the Evil god, Azzarots. Now 18 years old, the protagonist has spending their time playing games at home. However, when their professor asks them to run an errand, they decide that perhaps it's time to travel. seeking their purpose and discovering what they truly want to do.

- An all-new region featuring 8 Gym Leaders and 8 Elemental Masters
- Custom Mega Evolutions and Gigantamax Forms reworked as Custom Megas
- New moves, including a new status condition called Bleed
- Ouroboric Forms – special regional forms unique to Evvig
- Unreal-time system
- A mix of Pokémon from Gen 1 to Gen 9, totaling around 500 Pokémon
- HM items instead of traditional HMs
- Level scaling for a balanced experience
- Quest system to enhance storytelling and side objectives
- Custom abilities and moves
- EXP All available from the start
- Encounter check system to track wild Pokémon locations
- Lore Log, Journal System, or Report System for deeper world-building
