Level Sync + Multi Select Menu Options - Level Sync System, Essentials UI Bug Fixes, and new type of Essentials Menu Option : Multiselect

Essentials UI Bug Fixes:
Fixed Slider Options that start with a min value > 0. Essentially the display level on the slider presented as "101" but that was due to how the display of the information was presented and not set.

Essentials UI Improvements:

Added conditional, cascading options that will appear and disappear based on related options.
Added a new selection mode with checkboxes to select multiple objects from a list present.
