EZ EV IV Items - Items for EVs and IVs

This implements new items that raise or lower EVs and IVs.

List of features

• Vitamins now raise EVs by 4 instead of 10
• Items to raise IVs by 1 (HPUPIV, PROTEINIV, IRONIV, CALCIUMIV, ZINCIV, CARBOSIV)
• Items to reset EVs to 0 (PHOSPHORUS, POTASSIUM, SODIUM, CHLORIDE, MAGNESIUM, FLUORIDE)
• Items to reset IVs to 0 (PHOSPHORUSIV, POTASSIUMIV, SODIUMIV, CHLORIDEIV, MAGNESIUMIV, FLUORIDEIV)

Recommendations

• Lower the cost of vitamins in the items PBS as they are...

Hi! this seems like a great resource, but after I implemented these, the game will only allow me to "give" to a pokemon, not to actually use any of these items on one. I already checked and I do have it set to fielduse=onpokemon. What am I doing wrong?

I just tried installing the plugin on a fresh v21.1 and it worked fine.
I suggest deleting the plugin and then adding it again and seeing if that works.
If that doesn't work, try going to your "Data" folder and deleting "PluginScripts", then playtest and compile.
If that doesn't work, you may have another plugin that is interfering with it.
