This is a move to help fast-moving weak-hitting Pokemon compete! Use this, and the user's Speed is used instead of the user's Attack for this move's calculations. I recommend editing an existing move tons of Pokemon already learn (perhaps Aerial Ace or Quick Attack?) to have this effect.

The following code goes in MoveEffects_MoveAttributes between the code for Foul Play and Secret Sword.
