The usual applies - don't forget to give the proper credits. Also, I'd rather people not edit/recolour my sprites - but if you ask me I may allow it on a case by case basis.

Good thing because I am making a game in which, in the postgame, the player will come to Hoenn to beat its new Gym Leaders, now including a Grass-type Gym Leader, a Ground-type one, an Ice-type one, and a Fairy-type one!

Also, you seemingly forgot Team Magma Grunts' sprites.
