Based in a discussion on discord here in this thread we shall make custom pokedex entries for all Pokémon that exist!
I will start!

Bulbasaur
The bulb on its back contains medicinal leaves, lots of people make tea out of these leaves.

Next: Ivysaur
 
Ivysaur
Evolves from Bulbasaur. It turns bluer as it grows up.

Next Venusaur (but after Venusaur does not have to be charmander, but e.g. Torchic)

Petals on its back produce a substance, which acts like sulfuric acid, when wet.

Known as keeper of the Skies. Lives in the Ozone Layer, which may be gone in a couple of decades according to some.

Next: Vulpix (Either Form, or both)
 
Normal vulpix:
Can evolve into an dangerous NINE TAILED FOX that can curse you

Alola Vulpix:
not dangerous at all and very friendly!
