I have considered opening a Discord server to the public, but currently have not done so. Maybe when I have more time in the coming weeks I will opening one.
And yes, the game does notify the player, and a small star will also be added to the main menu (when loading save data) afterwards.
Traits do provide stat boosts already, the actual stat-boosting trait only magnifies the effect.
Similarly, you can evolve a Pokémon while they have a trait, it just requires that you do it from the menu ala PLA/ZA instead of it happening automatically. It notifies the player during battle when...
The item within it doesn't actually have an implemented purpose yet, but the code is pieced together based on information in the diaries scattered around the mansion.
The exact result is heavily device-dependent regardless, but enabling Performance Mode in the options menu should help a pretty significant amount, which disables a lot of the smaller graphical stuff that can negatively impact performance
It's been a pretty common issue of people not being...
Dropped a new patch, v0.4.15, meant to address a few bugs that have been spotted across the past month.
Rellor and Pawmi are both friendship evolutions in this game, due to the lack of following pokemon
Yes, it means they are not compatible. What are you attempting to breed? If it's a Mime Jr. for example, it would be unbreedable
Are you playing on Windows? As far as I'm aware that's the only platform that works right now.
If so, I would recommend reinstalling just in case there are corrupt...
The braille in the respective room is the puzzle.
I realize that I was vague with the wording, but the tile puzzle is completely different from the second puzzle to unlock the respective regi
Hm, if you're running it from the older .exe and it's not showing an error, I'm not sure what could be triggering it, because I tested both tiles of the entrance under each different event flag and have not had any sorts of issues.
Could you post your save file on a filehosting site and send it...
Hm, I can't seem to replicate the issue on my end, nor can I identify any potential causes. Could you try swapping the names of 'Game' and 'Game_old' in the files and seeing if an error message occurs with it?
It's toward the bottom of the main post, right above the credits.
There's a couple of lists I'm still missing like item locations and sidequests, but it has most of the important things.
Glad to hear that you enjoyed it!
1) I didn't code any checks for forms on the pokemon-specific items, I actually even altered them to work on the entire line in cases where it did not already do so.
2) Calling Card was done kind of late and I probably didn't test it to the extent I should have...
I'll probably try to aim for a compatible build later down the line, since it would also allow me to fix the music being unable to be looped, but I don't really have the knowledge required to set it all up, so I can't offer any sort of guarantee when that would be.
Dropped a new patch, v0.4.14, that fixes up a few previously mentioned crashes and adds a bit more futureproofing to prevent similar issues later down the line.
Hm, if it's not fixing mid-battle my remaining suggestions for potentially fixing it are
1) Place any alternate-form pokemon into the PC and retrieve it, that might refresh the stats
2) Use an EXP candy on them (can be gotten from raids), if possible
If neither works, feel free to message me...
The previous issue with the shuffled form data resulted in the pokemon on your team getting their exp rates temporarily shifted, which changed their levels. Now that the issue is fixed, the pokemon should be updating back to their normal levels upon getting EXP, which is what's causing the issue.
