    Completed Pokémon Keishou (V2.03.1)

    I need help regarding how i can get the pickaxe since you need a magikarp and all but i randomized the encounter(not static just encounters). is there anyother way? or do i just need to get lucky? i would say try to make the essential pokemon which might be needed in quests or to obtain items...
