No it's not an error. I split route 10 in two parts to add more pokemon to the route. The grass near the PokeCenter and the grass by the power plant have different encounters. There's also a static Mimikyu encounter inside the power plant during the night too.

Someone else was having a similar issue with Joiplay. I don't have a solution for that, I don't know anything about Joiplay.

Dive can be found in the Mt. Ember spa as a gift from an npc. You can return to one island on the SS Anne after you get surf to get there.

Okay, well I don't reccomend deleting things the game is looking for to run the script. That would cause more errors. The best I can suggest is to try redownloading the files. You can try seeing if your graphics drivers are up to date. The error you're getting is an OpenGL error on your end.

Khan Kangaskhanite is in silph co, and aggronite is in the tunnel between diglett tunnel and rock tunnel. I've never seen this error before for a transition, are you playing on a pc?

If you are using JoiPlay, try checking your input controls. I'm not sure why you are getting an error for movement controls.

Did you take it to the other meteor on top of Mt. Ember and reunite them? There's a surprise if you do. If it's just Mewtwo's nature, you can change that with the mints you can find at the farm north of Pewter city
