    Released Pokemon This Gym of Mine

    From what I can read, it doesn't. None of the starters you can pick from in the opening segment appear in the wild; and Deino is a Dragon starter. So if you didn't pick to have a Dragon Gym starting with Deino, then you just outright can't have it.
