So, the game stops after I beat Archie on Mt Pyre... Zinnia shows up and says her thing, she leaves and then stops and turns back to Aster. Music still plays, Aster moves but I can't do anything

Is there a list of pokemon and where to catch them? Also, is there some form of pokedex in this game?

SPOILER . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I'm in the desert with Mordecai and I'm stuck. I got the translation guide for the ruins and drilled into the second room in the garden. What do I do now? I just have the Scientist guy and Torterra in the room with me and can't find anything new
