First you have to go to the Krabby Club and battle Ardos, then track him down in the Light House. After that a Grandpa should spawn in the Krabby Club

The other colored cipher peons disappear once you battled one of them. In this way you can only obtain one hoenn starter

Just scroll a few posts up, certain legendary pokemon cannot be purified till the post game. Its including all the pokemon you could catch normally.

Legendary Pokemon can be purified only in the post game. Thats why it is not working beside the heart gauge being empty

There won't be a gen 5 update, move pools and other stuff is up to gen 8, but the used Pokémon will be staying from gen 1-4.

Thanks for the kind words! That would be possible, but for now its not supported, maybe in a future update. Nope, that would make me adapt every single dialoge in the game. Furthermore its the only way you can tell who is talking with you at the moment.

If you start the game, directly at the beginning a key mapping is being shown, with the possibility to change controls. I think it was F1.

Yeah this issue was reported recently and will be fixed with the next update. You have two options now: 1. You use your backup save file, execute the GoToSaveFile.bat, rename Game_Backup.rxdata to Game.rxdata (so basically replace the old one) and talk to the note from the other side. Like this...
