You can show any of them the reactor. It won't do anything. It's simply meant to show you that you can interact with certain things. The reactor specifically is a form changing location for a legendary late into the game.

Form 1: An Eevee with no stones will evolve using a relic stone that boosts it to level 30 or above. Form 2: In the Lost Laboratory there is a canister of Void Energy. Introduce an Eevee to it and it'll evolve. Or you can catch one from an enemy trainer.
