You have to use the N-Solarizer/Lunarizer, on Solgaleo and Lunala to fuse it with Necrozma, then, equip Necrozma's Z-Moves and activate it in battle.

If I'm not wrong you can get it on south of "Vila de Granizo". I'm pretty sure that, at least, there is a Totem Hisuian Zoroark there.

Actually no, but i guess I was just running around and pressed the key to return speed to normal. And this sand doens't have encounters like grass. And I was sure i wasn't using any other plugins at that moment.
