Tiles Flower Encounter Grass 1.0

I wanted to use something similar to the XY flower bushes as alternative encounter grass in my wip game, and i figured it might be useful for other people who might want to add some more colour to their gardens, meadows, flabebe encounters, etc.


Set the terrain tags and priorities exactly the same as the tall grass in the default essentials set. While these are intended to fit into a gen 4 style, I think they'd look just fine in gen 3 with some colour adjustment.
