v21.1 EZ EV IV Items 1.0

This implements new items that raise or lower EVs and IVs.

List of features

• Vitamins now raise EVs by 4 instead of 10
• Items to raise IVs by 1 (HPUPIV, PROTEINIV, IRONIV, CALCIUMIV, ZINCIV, CARBOSIV)
• Items to reset EVs to 0 (PHOSPHORUS, POTASSIUM, SODIUM, CHLORIDE, MAGNESIUM, FLUORIDE)
• Items to reset IVs to 0 (PHOSPHORUSIV, POTASSIUMIV, SODIUMIV, CHLORIDEIV, MAGNESIUMIV, FLUORIDEIV)

Recommendations

• Lower the cost of vitamins in the items PBS as they are now 60% slower at raising EVs
