Download these graphics and place them on \Graphics\Characters folder.
If you wanna use a different graphic files, You can simply edit the sprites example i made similar to your original sprite.
Then download this map.rxdata file and place it on \Data folder. (This contains a Nurse Joy event that makes the animation possible)
You can change the number name of the file, depending on the current map you want to replace or create a new number.
Once you're finished this is what it looks like.
