Normally you´ve to beat a Reaction game. After some failed attempts you should be able to skip the puzzle.

The Pokedex bug has been fixed and the fixed version has been uploaded right now. If you want to access the Gerdian Pokédex without crashing instead of only the National Dex, you might want to update in an hour since Mediafire had a bug
