For anyone struggling with the xinput1_3.dll file issue when you start up the game, try coping that dll file to your system directory: C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me), C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10).
